Brilliant summer greetings!  I have a fun-filled summer of teaching lined up this year and I'm starting it off with a bang here in Encinitas, California assisting Tim Miller's Primary Series Teacher Training.  It is a big warm-hearted group and I am thrilled to be helping out my beloved friend and teacher once again for this annual event.

Next month I am hosting a two week Mysore Intensive at the Downtown Yoga Shala in San Jose, California, July 13-25.  Mysore-style classes are 7-9am Monday through Friday and guided Saturdays also 7-9am.  Come and join me for some summer sadhana in this beautiful studio in Silicon Valley.  For more information and registration visit  http://www.downtownyogashala.com/events

In August I will be the assistant teacher to Tim Miller again for his two incredible Mt. Shasta retreats!  This will be my 19th year going to this full-tilt summer camp for yogis where we immerse ourselves in yoga twice daily, hiking to and swimming in alpine lakes and waterfalls, a Native American Indian  sweat lodge and much more.  I will also be the resident bodyworker available to retreatants for deep tissue sessions.  Contact me for more information.    http://ashtangayogacenter.com/mtshasta/

The last two weeks of August I am thrilled to be assisting Tim for his Advanced Teacher Training where he will for the first time be teaching in detail the Third Series of Ashtanga Yoga.  It promises to be a deep immersion into this incredibly transformative practice.

Hope to see you sometime this summer!
